Error code 80190848 - Still having issues for 3 days

Discus and support Error code 80190848 - Still having issues for 3 days in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was able to make a purchase on 4/14 for Red Faction Armageddon on the Xbox 360.     Error code 80190848 - Still having issues for 3 days


    I was able to make a purchase on 4/14 for Red Faction Armageddon on the Xbox 360. I had 6$ in my balance. Purchase went through without any problems. Went to make another purchase using the remaining balance on my account, plus my linked checking account.
    Wouldn't go through several times with a long message and error code 80190848. Tried purchasing the content without using the balance on my account and straight from my checking account with the same error.

    Turned off my VPN and still got the same message with both remaining balance and linked account.

    Tried purchasing online through xbox.com with the same message.

    My accounts are fine, my info is correct. No changes were made on any account nor were any security settings changed or removed. My bank is fine, my account is fine, my balance is fine and everything else is fine. Tried again today after giving it 24-48
    hours with the same result.

    Support feedback page didn't help. And I beg you to please not recommend anything to do from that support page for this error, because it was all done already and I'm not calling my bank again.

    There are 3 more games I want to buy that are on sale, but I cannot. Nor can I buy anything that is not on sale.

    Please advise or help.
