Error Code "80154058"

Whenever I try to download a xbox live profile or create a xbox live profile on my xbox 360 I get this error code : "80154058". I have tried multiple things to get this to work even formatting my hard drive and system memory (4gb) and nothing seems to work.

That code appears when trying to buy, since the issue is with a redeem code, better to contact official xbox support, use the Phone or Microsoft Support Chat option at
http://support.xbox.com/contact-us because could have some issue with the code, and they can find that

your Xbox 360 or Xbox One.

Have you tried other methods of redeeming the code?

If it doesn't work when you try it on the console, then try on online within payment and billing in your account.

There should be a button called payment options that you should be able to redeem the code through as well.

If it doesn't work either online or on the console, then yeah, your best bet for resolution of this issue would be to contact support as previously mentioned.
