    I tried downloading my profile while playing a backwards compatible game on my x box one and it gave me error code 80154002 and told me that their was a problem with my credentials. I am able to sign in online to my account just fine but was unable to fix the problem myself, even after clearing my x box 360 storage, restarting my x box one, resetting my password, completing my Microsoft profile, and purchasing x box live gold
