ERROR CODE 801530C3??

For a couple of months now, I haven't been able to manage my account info (visa) or buy anything through the marketplace. Whenever I try to manage my payment options, I get the aforementioned error all the time. And when I try to purchase I get, "Your
credit card info couldn't be retrieved. Buy this item with money in your Microsoft account or try again later."

I've spoken with xbox support, started a couple of tickets, followed their suggestions (cleared cache, profile, redownload latest updates, ports are open etc) to NO avail.

Has anyone had this issue before? Any other suggestions that could fix it? Someone said it could have something to do with security proofs....

Cannot redeem codes

Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

 

that error is to do with billing

there isn't anything we can do really

you can try reseting your security proofs but really you should talk to xbox billing department

not sure what clearing cache and opening ports will do

ask billing support to add your card manually

I am having this problem for more than a year now. I have tried billing support but still nothing . I am very frustrated.

Is there any one out there who had this problem and was able to fix it?

 

I'm having the same issue. If someone has had this issue fixed can you please post the fix please? Xbox support has been no help.
