Error code 8015190e

I have an issue where whenever my sister signs on to here xbox live on her xbox in her room it disconnects me from xbox live and I get the error code 8015190e whenever i try to reconnect

I cleaned cache

Deleted and readded profile

Port forwarded

I've tested this and it's defiantly when she signs on

I have the same problem with my Brother when he accesses his Xbox 360, it just kicks me out. This could simply be a limitation of a low speed Home Network.

 

this has been happening for me for a few days now, very frustrating!

 

I have fiber optic and it's really fast I dont think network speed is the issue

and it only happens for me not for her

 

try reinstalling dash board update that was a member of xbox staff told me

if you ant to try it go to where your it say hard drive and press LB RB X LB RB X then yes

test connection when your xbox comes back on and your xbox will install the new dash board update

THIS WILL NOT DELETE ANY DOWNLOADED DATA SUCH AS MAP PACKS OR GAMES
