Error Code 8015190E?

So it says that this code means there is trouble downloading my profile. I go through the list of steps that support tells me to and still I am disconnected from xbox live for the same error code. I am just wondering if anybody anywhere is experiencing the
same problem. I am assuming it has to do with the recent server issue but am not sure. Is anyone else having this happen to them?

Cannot redeem codes

Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!
