Error code 8015190E / Can't connect to Xbox Live

Hi,

I am currently unable to connect to Xbox Live. I am using a wired connection via my college campus network. I am been using Xbox Live for the past month with no problems until yesterday. (I do have to manually set my IP and all that, and I manually re-set
everything today to no avail.)

Here's what's happening:

I sign in. My XBL profile automatically loads but doesn't connect. I see error message 8015190E.

I then attempt to test my connection (after signing out) and I get the red X between "Internet" and "Xbox Live".

The ethernet cord and internet are clearly working properly, as I've tested them on my computer. I've read the XBL support pages for 8015190E and connecting to XBL, and nothing has helped.

This happened to me too. I can connect but then 2-3 minutes later it disconnects me and I get this error. There doesn't seem to be a solution. I've tried every single thing, Xbox and xfinity are blaming each other. I'm about to cancel both their ***
