error code 8015190A

My xbox app wouldn't open either on this account. The app just started working so maybe I can sign in now. When I get home I will try and update if it works.

 

Last night I contacted customer support and it seems I can log into my account, but I'm a silver. So I had them cancel my subscription and they gave me 2 month codes. But on this account it says I'm locked from purchases. They checked and I'm not. Seems
were all having different issues on the same error code.

 

Thankyou Xbox. My profile is back up and running. I just re-downloaded my profile and it worked straight away

 

Now it says I'm a silver member?!

 

Says I'm silver too. I called they said that they should have the problem fixed in the next 48 hours

 

Mine's up and running now, since last night actually. If anyone is having the - being able to get onto XBL, but have been downgraded to a Silver account glitch - Simply follow the following:

- go into your memory storage, click the Profile(s) tab and delete your profile. WARNING: do not click the 'Delete All Saved Data & Profile' option or you'll lose all of your saved games and whatnot. Instead, click the 'Delete Profile Only' option. Now,
bring up the Xbox guide and click Download Profile on the far left. Insert your username, wait for the loading bar to update your avatar etc. and bam! Job done!

This is the way I fixed the Silver account problem, so I'm assuming the same will work for others. : )

 

the lady I just chatted with said there is still an issue with some accounts that won't properly link with the xbox live subscription. Which is what I have going on. They cancelled my account and tried to redo it but it still failed. So now I'm waiting
to hear back.

 

did they resign you to gold or just silver?. only worked for me after resigning up for gold

 

did they give you a redeem code for gold?

 

They gave a lot of people codes- not many worked. I still had my free trial. I used that, had them cancel my usual auto renewal, set a new one to my free membership and bam, Im back at gold and have my renewal back.

 

How do I inform them that I have this issue

Clear your cash 3 times Delete your pro file then hit the system restore Button and download your profile you will be up and going in 10 to 15 minutes

 

We are having this problem today. Is it an xbox problem?
