Yea same thing is happened to me last night. I will do what people above said to do to try to fix this problem (fingers crossed)

I've been having the same problems and doing the trusted devices method didn't work, unsure if jumping straight to the unsub/resub method is smart or just waiting it out until tomorrow. This is incredibly frustrating, anyone hear anything yet?

If I unsub and resub will I have to pay an initial amount to resub to gold? Or will my previous payment cover it?

 

previous payment will be lost. i believe this is why xbox isn't telling anyone about re subscribing

Spent hours trying to get info and have been told via Xbox live chat support that it's because they are updating their system and it effects profiles at random sometimes, I got first disconnected by a hacker that was annoyed I beat him on wwe2k14 despite
him using hacks :-/ and not 7 hours later still can't connect. Hope he's happy

This is what we pay for? Not impressed XBOX its been 24 hours since this error code came up for me. Can't download my profile either.

 

Had the same error yesterday, i was able to download my profile and get back on XBL this morning.

 

Mine has started working again only this past 10 minutes. It was off for 24+ hours though.

 

Sorry for the double post, but it would seem I'm now a Silver Member? Okaaaay. This is hilarious.
