Error Code 8015190A

About a week or so ago my xbox 360 wouldn't allow me to sign in to xbox live. It repeatedly would disconnect me so I tried Clearing my cache, that includes Unplugging the console, and all that jazz but unfortunately it didn't work. So then I tried re-downloading my profile to the console, but now I receive the 8015190A code followed by "There's a problem with you credentials". So I signed in to my account on the site, there was no issues to I could see on this end. I even tried Altering my avatar, although I am unsure exactly where I should edit my avatar, I did it on my Xbox one. I never saw a means to edit my avatar via the site. I've also tried Removing all of my recovery options, re-adding them, and setting up a two-step verification and proceeded to sign in with the new app code to my 360, but I still received the same error. Today I attempted to play a backwards compatible game on my one and I'm having the same original issue of not being able to connect to xbox live. Everything else works perfectly fine on my One. So my question is, how do I fix?

I'm afraid to try deleting my profile off the 360 emulator because of what happened when I tried that on the actual 360.

I just wanted to add that it almost seems like all of this started happening when my xbox ultimate ran out and I renewed via my xbox rewards points. I have no idea if there is any correlation, it's just a thought I had.
