Error Code: 8015190A?

Okay so one day my brother logs onto my account to play portal 2 when he yells out to me that he couldn't log on. blah blah blah long story short I deleted my profile only in an attempt to recover it, but when I tried to re download it, this pops up.

"Sorry, Xbox Live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later.

8015190A"

The thing is, I CAN download every single other profile but it's ONLY this one that doesn't work ()

im extremely worried, portal 2, the orange box and any other game purchased by that profile doesn't work EXCEPT for GTA V. And I'm worried that I'm not going to be able to play it anymore because of this most likely corrupt profile.

if anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated!

P.S This begun to happen from late March To present.

Cannot redeem codes

Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

try the following steps.

1. Check account.live.com/.../manage to see if at least two security proofs are setup and verified. A phone number and alternate email would be best

2. Check if your profile or a corrupt one is present. Delete the profile from the console, be sure to delete only the profile, to do so check this link:

support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

3. Clear the console cache, see this link for the how to:
support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

4. Turn the console off.

5. Turn the console on.

6. Clear the console cache one more time

7. Redownload your profile.(See the same link as 2.)

They may be the only ones that have the proper tools to resolve this problem.

 

It's an unknown error but the way to fix this code is as follows:-

1.sign into your account on Xbox.com

2.sign into your account on your console.

That's it problem fixed not sure why this happens but it's to do with the billing address . Well that's what the code is.

- Attempt to download your profile and sign in, save password.
