    I recently signed up for the Ultimate Game Pass 3 month for a 1.00$ deal. My Xbox Live Profile that I have had for several years won't connect to Xbox Live through my 360. I own two 360s. It will not work on either machine now. I thought the profile might
    be corrupt so I deleted it and now I can't re-download it from either 360. I formatted one and tried and it didn't work either. I tried changing my avatar through the app on my PC as suggested by previous posts. I tried updating my payment information. Changing
    my password. Everything I could think of or read that was suggested. The only thing I haven't tried is cancelling my Game Pass subscription. I would... but I am concerned it wouldn't help and I would still be stuck without my profile and all the associated
    digital games and DLC I have collected over the years. I would be happy to be out my 1.09$ that I paid to have my old content back. It is very frustrating. Please help! Thanks!
