    I've been wanting to redownload my games on my Xbox 360 because not all of them are backwards compatible on Xbox One, but I keep getting the error code 8015190A. Went thought a few videos online, saying I should delete cache and delete my account from my Xbox, which I did. But I tried to redownload my account, and even though I put in the correct information, it says "Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you're using to sign in." Some videos also say I should turn off my auto billing for my Game Pass. Unfortunately I can't do that because it's part of my phone bill, and I can't really turn off my phone bill.

    I'm able to use my account fine on Xbox One, it's just Xbox 360 that's giving me issues. Is there a way around this?

    What’s the specific error code/message you receive when trying to sign in? 80151103 and 8015190A are some of the most common error codes for account access issues on Xbox 360 (and Xbox One and Series X|S consoles through backwards compatible games).

    Also, are you able to successfully sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/ and https://www.xbox.com/?
