Error Code 8015190A Cant Sign In

I did. Its an error for not being able to download a profile, which is what is happening to me.

ksi you canceled your gold plan and signed back up and still did not get online?

Also, the Service Alert states that this issue is only affecting people who's memberships have expired. I have mine set to automatically renew every month so there is no reason why my account would expire.

I'm having this! It won't let me sign into my 360 acc but I'm singed in on the Xbox1 dash. I have a year of gold on it and just want to play black ops! Help please

problem can be fix by calling 18004myxbox talking to billing and canceling your gold membership then going to xbox.com and resigning up to gold. this is the only fix that is working unless you want to wait till xbox fixes it. you will lose any remaining
time on your current subscription.

Hey m8 ive also deleted my profile only and tried re downloading but getting the same 4hing as you cant download at the moment with the same error code I can sign in to my account on xbox.com but its also acting like a silver account saying I need gold to
send messages etc even tho my bank took my monthly payement out yesterday, my tenure was gold 5 years now its silver I hope we can get this sorted out.

Also, i am an Xbox Ambassador and therefore have an obligation to help people with their issues, and to also help lighten the load a bit for Official Support. But guess what, the Ambassaback (The datebase used by ambassadors to help Live player) is currently
not loading...its offline.

Im having the exact same problem m8 have you tried signing in with a different account ? I just made a new account and it signed in no problem I also just added a 7 day trial to the new account but it says im still silver
