Error code 80151909

Mine just started doing the same thing..

 

I have exactly the same problem as originally reported and have taken all the steps the differnt xbox live support reps have asked me to take, but without any result.

My XBOX live account is still valid until December 9th 2014, so I'm pretty sure it's not related to a bad posting on Microsoft's behalf.

Any other suggestions guys?

I'm getting rather desperate here.

 

same issue here and not a posting issue however my acct when I sign into live.com says I need gold acct. Ive been a gold member for almost 12 yrs My sons acct is fine

 

This just started happening to me tonight.

I'm also a comcast customer..

Any news on the resolution??? I don't have many months to play games before I leave for mil-shizz so I'm really in the dumps about this :c

 

You are not alone...I did everything they just said to do...clear caches...delete...redownload...and my xbox is still acting odd. TWC is also my cable provider so not sure if thats a coincidence or what.

 

i had exactly the same problem (and error code), so i just started GTA V and while it was loading it logged me into XBox live in the background. maybe that helps...

 

check to see if your account is signed in else where under account safety

 

The exact same thing happened to me today and I think it may have something to do wwith the fact that I changed my name less than a week ago

 

Wtf i cant even log on at all.I'm sure it's not my connection because i used my pc and wifi works fine what should i do?

 

my gold will run out soon also
