Error Code 80151909

So, for about 2 hours now, I have been in and out of some less-than-helpful support chats who all disappear on me in about 20 minutes. I#m trying to get this issue sorted and it's really now beginning to upset me as I have recently gone back to gold.

It's coming up as Unable to connect to Xbox Live. One of the support guys told me it could be my profile and to delete it. I did, then he told he to re-download it. Which is currently impossible. As soon as I questioned it, he disappeared. I'm paying for
Gold I can't even use! And now I can't use my saves because I have no profile on this xbox!

Nothing else in my house is having any sort of connection issue. It was working earlier, deleted the cache, re-downloaded an update for Skyrim, restarted the Xbox and now it won't connect. Can someone please help me before I start getting really angry?

Dude, I am having this exact same issue. When you test your network connection, your console connects to the internet but not to live, right? When did this start happening? My console hasnt been able to connect since the downtime on March 10th

 

im having the same type of problem i cant redownload my Gamertag because it say "Cant download xbox profile" it has been going on since the start of this monday but the disconnections started a couple weeks ago.I cant even access my gamertag on 360 so i
cant even play games on it.

 

Same thing for me but I got code 8015190E. Like HopefullyHelp describes, network connection is good to internet but not to Live.

We just heard from a friend in the neighborhood that he keeps getting dropped from Live, too.

The current service alert mentions only Black Ops 2 but it sure seems to be more than that one game.
