Discus and support Error code 80151904 help! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've reset my router several times, cleared my system cache, restored network config to factory defaults...nothing has worked for me.     Error code 80151904 help!


    I've reset my router several times, cleared my system cache, restored network config to factory defaults...nothing has worked for me. I cant redownload my profile because i dont have a connection of course. Haven't been able to sign in to Live since lastnight.
    What can i do? Any solution to this?

    Try to delete your profile, reset your Modem/Router for a min or so and redownload your profile again.

    There has been various issues throughout today with the Xbox Service. You may find it to be just an error with the systems right now, if not, here are some steps you can try to put the situation right!

    Solution 1: Clear the system cache

    Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings and select System Settings.

    Select Storage.

    Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

    Select Clear System Cache.

    When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes.

    Solution 2: Re-download your profile

    Press the Guide button on your controller, and then select Home.

    Select Download Profile.

    Note Not seeing Download Profile? Press X to sign out of your profile.

    Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag. If you don’t know your Microsoft account or password, see Find your Microsoft account or password.

    Enter your Microsoft account password.

    Note If your account is an Xbox Live child account, the parent’s Microsoft account information is required to download the profile. Forgot your password? You can reset it.

    Select the storage device that you want to use for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

    Your profile will begin downloading. Once your profile has downloaded, you can choose whether or not you want to require your Microsoft account password to sign in to your profile.

    Solution 3: Reset your Xbox 360 console

    To reset your Xbox 360 console, follow these steps:

    Press the Guide button, go to Settings and then select Turn Off Console.

    Turn on your Xbox 360 console.

    Note If you are using an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller, you can turn on the console by using the Guide button on the controller.

    I CANT redownload my profile, i cant connect to XBL in the first place, thats the problem. I already done the solutions that you list as if i didnt state that i did those steps in my post.

    Is it possible that an Xbox port is blocked in your Router / Modem setup?

    Can you confirm that your security proofs are up to date, are the last terms of use been accepted or has there been a problem with your account earlier what you aware about? Login on
    https://account.live.com and must you perform something in a pop-up screen?

    Go into your router configuration, usually 192.168.0.1 or similar, > firewall > look for something like "Ports" and see if the following ports are blocked: 53, 80, 88, 3074. If they are, then you need to unblock them

  15. error 80151904 and i've done EVERYTHING i've been told in these forums and everything- I even phoned my ISP etc etc etc. For crying out loud I turn on my xbox for the first time in 2014 and I can't even connect to Live (which came out on my Visa automatically)
    --- so i can't even enjoy the service I pay $170 a year for... HUGELY frustrating..
