    Okay, so I decided to resort to deleting my profile only, and try clearing cache 3 times.... and nope still not working, and what's worse is that I can't download my profile back due to the fact I can't connect to Xbox Live. GG Microsoft.

    Here it was mentioned there is a problem since few hours, now its resolved, sadly its ONLY resolved on the website, i still get logget out from my profile its so boring

    Error Code: 80151901

    The thing is, I had this problem for over a week now. It's really annoying, and on February 1, my gold is gone, and of course I won't be renewing it thanks to this dumb error.

    Definitely contact Xbox Live support to see if they can refund you for the month, specially if you are unable to use the subscription. I'm out of ideas are this point, do you think it could be the ISP?

    Ok, thanks for the error code. Can you follow the steps at the link below but clear the cache 3 times in a row before restarting the console and attempting a redownload again.
