    I'm having trouble signing into xbox live on my Xbox 360. I have an old 360 so it doesn't have wireless, but whenever I try signing in it pops up with that message. I tried deleting my profile and clearing the cache 3 times, but when I went to download my
    profile it tells me I can't connect to Xbox Live. I also have an Xbox One with the same profile that can connect via wireless but not wired. Any ideas?

    I've had this issue for over a month. I'd be losing my mind if I didn't have my PS4, but it stops me from playing GTA Online. It's inexcusable to be paying for Xbox Live and not being able to get online, though. Microsoft will blame the customer, but it's
    definitely something on their end -- or Comcast's end, if you guys also have Comcast.

    I thought it may have been my ethernet cable because my Xbox One can't connect wired, but can connect through wireless, so I tried using a different ethernet cable and it didn't fix it. I used to be able to sign into Xbox Live on both my Xbox 360 and Xbox
    One wired, but it stopped working about a month ago and I haven;t changed anything on my modem, it's weird :S

    Ok, thanks for the error code. Can you follow the steps at the link below but clear the cache 3 times in a row before restarting the console and attempting a redownload again.
