    I can't get online, even though my internet is working fine. I FOLLOWED the instructions on the xbox site for my error code, and now my profile is gone and I have lost ALL my save data, and I STILL CANT get online to download my profile (this was their
    "solution".). Are you serious? Microsoft broke my console and cost me save data? I have half a mind to SUE YOU.

    I can't connect!

    So a few days ago I was playing online perfectly fine then. Then two or three days ago it told me I couldn't connect and gave me an error code which is 80151901. I've tried many different strategies but it still won't connect. And I have wire connected so
    it makes no sense

    Ok, thanks for the error code. Can you follow the steps at the link below but clear the cache 3 times in a row before restarting the console and attempting a redownload again.

    Ok, thanks for the error code. Can you follow the steps at the link below but clear the cache 3 times in a row before restarting the console and attempting a redownload again.
