    I keep getting this error when signing in to XBL on my 360. It asked me to verify my sign in info, I did but it could never sign me in and I got the error code. I searched it on the support page and I followed some steps to correct it like clearing my cache
    3 times and deleting my profile ONLY from my system. I attempted to down load my profile back onto my console but after entering my email and password (which works for signing into my account on here and the account page, and yes all my info is up to date)
    it starts to down load my profile but then stops, gives me the error code, and says that profiles can't be down loaded at this time.

    Help would be appreciated.

    I have this problem and the issue for me is not resolved. I can't sign in. I'm stuck in a loop of giving my email address and password over and over and over. I've tried the suggested solutions, no success. WTF.
