    Error Code 801509


    I have tried the steps on the support page but it still didn't work. I couldn't sign into Xbox Live so I did as I was told and deleted my account and now the error code pops up when I try to download my account again.

    Cannot redeem codes

    Anyone else havin a problem. Its accepting the code and displaying what its for but when i click to download i'm gettin an error message everytime with no specific error codes. ***!

    Right there with you. As much money as we all give xbox you figure they could fix their issues a little faster.

    Sorry to hear about the error code trouble! Can you verify that you typed that error code correctly? Also, if you haven't already, try resetting your network by unplugging your network hardware for 30 seconds and reconnecting. Keep us in the loop with how it

    this is happening to me also, but my error code is 0x80a4001b

    But when I put the code in to the error code search it says there's no error code like that.
