It looks like there was a service alert that may have caused this issue. Are you still seeing the problem? If so, try to turn off the console for a few minutes and then turn it back on and see if it works.

There is a service alert regarding this at the moment.The tech team are working on it so you will need to be a little patient while they work on a fix.Try again in a few hours to see if the problem has been sorted.

80150019 is a cryptic way of telling you Try Again Later, It's Broke

Clear Cache:

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Highlight Hard Drive, and press Y

Select Clear Cache, and press Yes.
