    Hi, I am trying to download civilisation, but this code appears telling me … not available in yuor region, corrupted or invalid format.

    [MOD REMOVED], I have payed VALID money for a prepayed card.

    Can anyone help (since support from Microsoft =0)?

    If the game isn't available in your region then there's nothing you can do.

    Is that definately the error code as that one relates to watching videos.
