Error code 80150017 downloading grid 2

Hi

I've tried downloading grid 2 but it keeps coming up with the error above which is a region error but I've downloaded games before without issues, I've looked at my settings and cant see an issue with them?

Hi, i tried downloading COD blackops 2 on my console with my points but they rejected my purchase saying their Sorry, Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again. and the error code is 80150017.

Sorry but that error code means that the item is either no longer available in the marketplace or is not available in the region that you live in.

If your console is set for a different region (country) than were you physically live then you will encounter issues purchasing and downloading items that were not originally meant for your region.

 

Does your account region match your physical location?

Not all games are region locked which is why you can download some games without issues.

 

I believe so i have downloaded last months free game and had no issues? I did look at my billing setting and it has 2 personal accounts one UK and one US( i did not realise i had 2!)

 

That could be part of the issue. Make sure you're downloading from the same marketplace as your physical location. So if you live in the US make sure the store is showing you prices in $.
