Error code 80150016

all of a sudden when I try to sign in it disconnects me from Xbox live. It say to fix it by downloading my profile again but every time I try I get error code 80150016

Please help lol it's my only profile!

Remove your profile from the console and then perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational try
downloading your profile and logging in.

Don't know what else to suggest.That was the only thing I could find about that error code.

Only other thing I can think of is to link his profile to his own account (email address).

His profile is linked to his microsoft account, and mine as a family member. It all looks fine on the accounts, I just can't download his profile to the Xbox console.
