So i cleared the cache, deleted everything now I can't even add netflix on it now.

Getting error code 80004005

Nope. This is the second day I haven't been able to watch Netflix and it is pissing me off because I pay for both Netflix and x box live and I can't watch something I pay for and that makes me angry. But yet everything else is OK but just Netflix is not
working. I keep vetting a stupid error code. And I spoke with an agent last night and he told me it would be fixed in a few hours and that was last night around 10pm!!

Rgr warren I'm having the same problem. When I start up Netflix it goes straight to the input screen on my tv and it says format not supported and just a black screen. Then I can't get back to my Xbox and have to restart it with the power button. And Netflix
was working just fine last night. I tried everything idk why it's doing this when it was just fine

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

If that doesn't work you can try a factory reset. Reset Xbox One Console to Factory Defaults

I got the error code 0x87c40011 couldn't see my achievements my games install slower and can't watch Netflix on my Xbox one, but I can on my 360. I factory reset my Xbox one and still get the error code
