Error code 8013AB07, i have enough money though...

i have $10.00 in my Microsoft account, i am trying to change my Gamertag on xbox, when i click "use this gamertag" it pops up the error code 8013AB07 that means you have insufficient funds in your account. A name change is only $9.99, + 1 cent tax, that
equals out to $10.00. How do i fix this so i can change my gamertag.

Try adding a couole more dollars on your acciunt tax would depend per state

Another way is to contact chat support so they can address this..

 

as the above person said, try adding atleast another 5 dollars or a credit card for a split purchase and you will get that purchase made.
