    should i format my HDD? and if i do so is there anyway of getting my saved games back?

    also will i still be able to re download my games that i bought online?

    Does your Xbox 360 console have 4GB internal storage? You can verify by following the steps below:

    • Press the Guide button on your Xbox 360 controller and select Settings.
    • Select System.
    • Select Storage.

    Hard drives of that size should be removable, could you post a picture of your storage screen you see so we can take a look? That would help a lot.

    Hey, i have managed to fix the problem. i simply reformated my HDD and it worked though i would suggest that you copy everything from the HDD to an external one

    Hey there SludgyAutumn361!

    Sorry to hear about the issue! Found you in the error code forums so we moved you over here! Let's start by Removing your
    profile from the Xbox 360     and then sign back in. Be sure to select "Delete profile only"! If that doesn't help, I recommend following each step on the Xbox
    Live Connection Troubleshooter     and post back with specific results!

    Try those and let us know it goes! :)
