    Hi all, I have had a problem with setting up my new console. On another thread it was suggested to overcome this by using an ethernet cable, tather than via Wifi, so I tried this but it didn't work for me despite several attempts. I believe my problem is
    that in the setup, I said I lived in UK even though I am currently in France trying to set up the new console for the first time.

    Schoolboy error probably, but I cant now correct this as it simply returns an error no matter how many times I reboot "There was a problem with the update" "Error code 0x80072F8F". I have looked this up, there is not a chat option to contact Microsoft and
    the solutions online don't help, eg pressing the xbox button and going into settings doesn't work.

    Any suggestions? Is there a physical hard reset button?
