Error code: 80072EFE Xbox One, see Xbox 360, can not download profile !!

week some problems to retrieve
their profile, because every time
it shows us is an error code
on the Xbox One, error code: 80072EFE
that has nothing to do with the
Xbox 360 ...

and then the error code: 8007246
or error code: 8015000A,
a code that apparently no longer exists in
your database, so let's be open and honest, there's
a big problem with your servers, because
it happens in the world, some in the United
States, other UK or in
France. And it's not just
our connections because we all try
to reboot our box, is updating
the Xbox 360, drain covers our

xbox 360 Profil download not working

hi i can not download my Profil on my xbox 360! it Downloads around 75% after this i get the error code 80072EFE how can i fix this Problem?

i delete the old Profil cleard the Cache but nothing work for me

im also getting the 80072EFE Error code 80072EFE is a error code for the xbox one ..... I don't have a xbox one!

80072EFE - are you getting this code on the 360. What is the exact issue you are dealing with so I can help you

 

We're all getting the same error 80072efe on the 360. We've all talked to support and nothing they've told us to do has worked. We can't recover our profile on the 360. I've tried on 2 different 360's

 

Wow fellas I been having the same problem. Been working with escalated customer service for 3 days now and they have no idea what to do. But I feel a little better I'm not the only one!

 

3 days? Mine started yesterday, I have a bad feeling this is going to take a while.

I'm from Mexico and I have the same problem, the same thing happens in Spain told me that within 5 days I sent an email, is a stupidity that make errors like one on xbox 360.

 

After leaving them the code, they display freeze it, then get the message of how many friends you have online and then appear in the interface as if they were not in. Login?

Another thing when you go hard disk/ profiles are shown something because I do not.

yup I've had the problem 5 days now and nothing has been done ... MS are more focused on fixing COD black ops 2 leaderboards ..... pretty pointless to be honest because COD leaderboards have always been ruined by hackers with stupid amount of points ...
MS forget about the leaderboards and focus more on the more important issues please.
