    I am getting this code on my xbox 360 and i have tried deleting the profile clearing the catch three times and redownloading the profile it still is not working. I am at a lost as what to do now. i get it to where it tells me that i can have it save my password
    and i hit the box and next and i get this code.

    Well i kept digging into this and i have found [View:] and i watched and followed this video and it now works.

    For a few months I was receiving a message every week to update my phone number and email and no matter what I updated the messages wouldn't go away. Today I am having the same error problem you are, I hope that following the video below will solve my problem.

    Yes i that is what happened to me. i followed this video to the t and it worked and we are back up and watching netflix.
