    Hello, I have been experiencing problems signing in with my email and password when my console says I need to enter it to log in. I've done this about fifteen times now and it never worked. I've even done the process of deleting the account, clearing the
    cache three times, turning off the console, and downloading my profile again. This didn't work. I also tried making my proofs which it said to do, and even after I did that and got my app password, it still didn't allow me on. I'm tired of this, please tell
    me how to fix it. I just got the Xbox one too. Plus I've had my profile for six years and I won't just let it go to waste.

    I have no idea as the same is happening to me now and each time I try and look it up support is unavailable hopefully I will get a ps4 this year honestly I had more problems on this then my Ps2. What a waste of money Error code 80072ef3. :(
