    Hello, I have trouble signing in to my Xbox account. When I login, I get the add security message and the message wants me to input my email and password. I did that and get the Error Code: 80072EF3 message. I looked into this error code and understand
    the error code is a glitch. I have tried clearing cache on my external hard drive and my Xbox's storage device, both 3 times each. However I still get logged out. Any help would be great..

    After you clear the cache 3x, make sure to turn your xbox off and back on. That should fix it!
