Error Code 80072751

I had to delete my profile from my account because i thought maybe it had become corrupt, so i did the maintenance

1. Cleared system cache three times on both my hard drive and the 4gb drive on my xbox

2/ Cleared the market place cache

3. restarted my xbox

4. Searched for any corrupt files (found one) and deleted it

but im getting error code 80072751 when trying to redownload my profile, it lets me put my email in but i get hit with that code before i can put my password in

btw im on a wireless network with no possible way of being wired

sometimes the 80072751 error code means the firewall on the network is blocking the account from being download or any other processes on the account.

Try the following steps up front and let us know how that goes and we'll work from there.

Go to Xbox Network Settings. Select Configure Network. Select the Additional settings tab and Restore network settings to factory defaults.

Turn off your console and unplug the power supply from your console.

Power off your modem and router for a couple of minutes.

Power on the modem and wait one minute for it to connect properly. Power on the router and wait another minute.

Plug in the power supply for your console and power on your console.

Connect your console to your WLAN and make sure it has connectivity to Xbox Live (Test Xbox Live Connection).

Try download your profile from Live.

Post back and let us know how that goes.

 

It didnt work, i rebooted my modem and router for 30 seconds, reset the network settingso n my xbox to factory settings, restarted the test and it came back with

"Some xbox live content may be temporarily unavilable Error Code 8007065b"

Than i tried to redownload my profile, it let me put my email in and it came at me with "Sorry, Cant connect to xbox live Error Code 80151904"

I opened my ports and everything for my xbox, and when i retest the connection it says i CAN connect to xbox live!

 

Now its telling me "Sorry, Xbox Live profiles cant be downloaded right now, try again later Error Code 800704CD"

 

i have the same problem. the same crazy sequence of errors. (xbox live disconnect continously, then check port forwarding, then restore network settings to factory defaults, then nat, then profile compromise, deleted profile...then impossible to recover
and download my profile) made the same process written in the second post. didn t work. any news? anibody can help? desperate :'(

 

@marretto - Go ahead and start a new thread and detailing out your situation along with any error code you are getting and any troubleshooting steps you have tried so far.
