Error Code 8007065b

Haven't been able to sign in all day. Very angry. I pay good money for Xbox Live Gold.

I just get "Error code 8007065b" Every time.

WHY?

I just turned my Xbox 360 back on and got the same error (bit after 8pm PST). Are you sure your not logged in though? I'm logging in just fine, but it's showing the Dashboard like it would if I were offline. The top right is flashing through with the friends/messages
and money and pressing the silver Xbox button shows I am connected to LIVE. Dashboard just makes it look like I"m offline. I did not have this error earlier though. About 2:30pm PST or so my nephew and I both logged in perfectly fine and had no problems while
we played.

Awhile back I had a similar problem with the Dashboard but it gave a different error. Last time I could log out of my account and it would show the online Dashboard though, but logging in and it gave the error and the Dashboard acted as if it were offline.
This time logging out of my account shows the Dashboard as if it were offline still so it's not the same problem I was having before

 

I don't know. I just posted here also to keep the message bumped and to show other people are having the same problem. I hope it won't take long but the last time I had trouble with the Dashboard like this (different error code though) it took them nearly
3 months to do something

The Xbox 360 is our only tv option here. Damn.

I don't even know how angry I am right now.

 

And now it works again. I hope it keeps working a while.

 

Bummer about the TV option. I get that. I'm in the country and with a big antenna still only get 1, sometimes 2 channels and they are not coming in lately. I'm on a metered satellite connection too though so no tv watching from the internet. I just have
to deal with DVDs or VHS instead.

Your lucky. It's midnight PST here and I just shut my game down and I am still getting the error on my end when it tried to go back to the Dashboard I'll play tomorrow afternoon/evening sometime again and hoping it will be fixed by then.

If you see this, are you getting the error still by chance? It's 5pm PST and I'm still getting the error on my end

 

Saw some people on twitter saying to unplug the console for about 10 minutes, tried it and it works. Hope it will work your guys too.

 

It's the hard drive. I can fix it in like 5 minutes. I feel bad for freaking out like that, but I'm back on my meds now. I was a dick and I could have fixed it if I had been thinking clearly. Crap I'm sorry.

 

It didn't fix it for me and I still have the problem today, 2 days later now
