    Error code 80070570 while trying to download


    I am getting the error code 80070570 while trying to download the game. I purchased from the Xbox store so I have no disc. It will get to 95% and then stop with the error. I have uninstalled, rebooted, unplugged the unit for 5 minutes and tried again
    multiple times to no avail. I have not experienced any other downloading issues. All other games, updates, system updates, etc. have all worked fine. I did get the system that came with the free Assassins Creed games and those downloaded completely and can
    be played. According to the support page on that error code, it suggests using a USB drive to download but I don't have one. I'd rather not buy one and really shouldn't have to, or I would have just gone a bought the disc. I have 153.3gb of space on the hard
    drive. Does anyone have any ideas or possibly help me with this? Thanks in advance for your time.

    Downloading Profiles

    We've been trying to download our Profiles for the past few days, but we keep getting the Error Code: 80070570... "you can't update profiles right now, try again later". Any advice?

    FYI, just to head off the obvious, this does NOT help me:

    support.xbox.com/.../error-code-80070570

    Literally everything that I try to do, including stop all downloads, and download free content, requires me to get into my profile, which I CANNOT DO.
