Error code 80070570 on Xbox One S?

Alright.

So, I'm trying to download an update for SMITE on my One S, but I'm getting the "there was a problem with the update" message.

When I check the error code, it tells me the problem is associated when downloading content from Live on a 360 console, which I'm not trying to do at all.

Please, for the bloody love of Christ, someone help me.

can be one of several problems on the xbox 360. these are the steps the error code lists as a fix on that system...

first thing check if any issues are listed on xbox live service status.

if everything is ok, clear console system cache. press the guide button, select storage, press y on storage device selection, clear system cache.

if you still have issues try redownloading your profile.

if this does not work, you may have a hard disk problem.

I am from Brazil and face the same error, include with others game. I trying run Skyrim Special Edition and the same occur.

Guys, i make it.

Try update de system manually. There are a new update and the system not start it automatically. After I update Smite and Skyrim normally.
