    Error Code 80070570 on an xbox one s console update?


    My console is trying to download the latest update (May 4th, 2020, 832mb), but it stops at 12% with 727mb to go and gives me the error code 80070570 every time. I have tried to contact support but my problem is not given a number to call and the Help Bot
    sends me to the support page where it gives lists of other error codes that I have never had come up on my console before.

    Something else I found was that error code 80070570 is the code given to xbox 360 consoles or when you're downloading large games, so I don't understand why it is showing up for an xbox one s console update. this has happened for about two years, with my
    previous console (which was also an xbox one s) and my newest one, which I had just bought last year. I have reset, turned off, factory reset, deleted all my apps and games, attempted to go through setting my xbox back up again, but nothing has worked. As
    much as I would hate to hear that someone else was having the same issue, I would very much like to hear a solution that would work.
