Error code 8007007a

Hello,

I try since a couple hours to log in my Xbox live but i always get the Error Code 8007007a, so i searched for Solutions for it, but its all ok with my Billing Informations and the next Solution was to delete my Profil, clear the Cache and redownload my Profil...

But when i try now to redownload my Profile, i get a pop up wich says that its not possible to download profiles at the moment and they show the same error code...I don´t know what else i can do, or if i should only wait and it even shows not my Problem in
the Xbox Status...

Yes, what error code are you getting? For me it's 8007007A. Nothing I've tried has worked.

It's not your Xbox, internet connection,or profile.Its actually Xbox servers or Mircosoft they must have a big problem in there systems or something.

Connecting to XBox Live and Profile Download Errors

I have an XBox 360 Elite. Never a problem until today. System wouldn’t connect to XBox Live. Tested my wireless connection and the internet and XBox Live connections were fine. Still won’t connect to XBox Live and given error code: 8007007A. Support and
forum websites had steps to delete profile only, clear cache, and download profile. Did all steps, even shutting down my XBox, disconnecting the power cable, resetting my router, and now it won’t even let me download my profile!!! Given same error code: 8007007A
“XBox Live profiles can’t be downloaded right now”. I called support and they took my info and complaint. I was told this is a “new” problem that just started last week. There is no fix for it yet and was told they are working on it and I’d be followed up
with every couple days via email and was given a service request number. No telling when or even if this problem can be resolved. I’m annoyed and frustrated. Not to mention, I asked if I will be reimbursed for the cost of my gold membership seeing that I can’t
even use it right now!! That matter is pending as well.

Has anyone else run into this problem? What has support told you? If anyone knows how to resolve this, please let me know!
