error code 8007007A on 360 regular and 360 slim

I have error code 8007007A on my 360 Xboxes {regular one and slim}. I have tried a hard reset and resetting the internet connection but the code still comes back. in the menus settings the only the ones for preferences , family and turn off will work and
are lighted up. the ones for profile, Kinect, account and privacy are dark and will not open. any help with matter will be appreciated. cannot get in touch with xbox support.

Hi. Have you tried removing your profile from the console and clearing the cache? To do this go to Settings>System>Storage>Storage Profile is stored on>Profiles. Select your profile, select delete profile and select delete profile only.

Then select settings>System>Storage>Highlight any storage device then press Y on the controller. Then select clear system cache. Restart your xbox and redownload your profile.
