Error Code 8007007A & Clearing Caches

Hello. I recently attempted to sign into Xbox Live on my old 360, but I was blocked from proceeding by error 8007007A. I checked the corresponding support page, and started off by verifying my account information; despite the fact that my profile is up
to date, I continue to be plagued by the same error. After a brief period of experimentation, I discovered that none of the accounts on my console were able to access Live, all of them citing the same error. Naturally, I decided to attempt the other solutions
I was given, but, although I'm sure I overthought the matter, I was unsure of one thing: should I delete all of the affected profiles before clearing my cache or repeat the process for each of them? Thanks in advance.

I think if it doesn't work then delete the profiles, clear the system cache then redownload the profiles.

I can't remember for sure if it well let you clear the cache before redownloading the profiles.
redownload the profiles then clear the system cache.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zxb1oJpOB0E and check your hard drive to see if you have any thing that is corrupted you will know because it will be a yellow icon with the word
corrupted next to it. delete all the corrupted files from your hard drive. then
clear the system cache three times. that should fix your problem.

Hello, and thank you for replying. I checked my hard drive, and nothing appears to be corrupted, which is good news, at least. Since my last post, I've attempted to connect to Live thrice more; as expected, the first and third tries were met by the original
error code, but the second cited error 8007054B instead. I tested my system's Xbox Live connection, and noticed that a notification for a service alert appeared under the Live Status heading; however, this directly contradicts the service alert site, which
informs me that all games and services are active. Do you have any further advice for my situation?

After further experimentation, I've been able to log in once with each profile, had a solitary 800705b4 error occur, and continued to face a slew of 8007007A's. Therefore, I've decided to proceed with Xbox's support site's second solution for the latter
cod. However, before I proceed, I was hoping you could tell me what (if any) data I should expect to lose when I clear my cache, given that you seem to have experience on the matter. Also, to reiterate my original question, should I delete all of the affected
profiles before clearing the cache? Thanks.

I don't have any further advice. that's I was able to find and what I know because I had the same issue. mine fixed itself with one or a couple of the things I gave you to try.
