    Signing in to my profile causes a prompt to appear which tells me that I need to add more verification options to my account (even though it already has two email addresses and my phone number verified). Following this message and re-entering my information
    ultimately leads to the error code that I put in my subject. It says that it can't use my phone, doesn't say why, and offers no option from there but to go back and enter it again and receive the same error again.

    I am more than satisfied with the security that is already in place. In fact, it's waaaaaay more than I want. How do I make it stop prompting me about this?

    PS - I know that you are just doing your job, but please please PLEASE spare me the "this is for your own good and we take the security of our customers seriously" ***. How about you respect the privacy of your users instead and not require 6 damn levels
    of online security for me to access an offline saved game?

    I keep getting told to verify my proof that it is me after asking for more email addresses and phone numbers. I get the code put it in and it keeps sending me right back to add additional proof. Once it gets approved, I have to go back in and verify my proof.
    When I go back to that screen there is no verify or accept button, only a remove button. HELP I have struggled with this for days trying to figure it out. It gets very frustrating to have a system I have a year membership to it and can NEVER get to my system
    with out having to verify who I AM. PLEASE HELP ME GET TO USE MY XBOX 360! Thank you.

    Hey mate, have you only tried verifying them through the console? I've found that it has issue doing it that way, if you follow the link and click 'Manage your security info' and sign-in you can verify them through the PC which should stop the prompt on
    the console:
    support.xbox.com/.../add-security-proof


    If you are still getting the prompt, it's best to delete the profile form the console, clear the system cache, restart the console and re-download your profile.

    Delete and re-download profile:
    support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete


    Clear system cache:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache
