Error code 6-0x000010000 HELP

For around a week and a half whenever starting seige I am met with the error code 6-0x000010000, I've contacted ubisoft and haven't had a reply for a week and a half, I cannot load onto the game at all and I've attempted to do all troubleshooting steps however nothing has changed, I cannot get ahold of any agents from uhisoft therefore I've resorted to asking for help from here, any advice would be amazing.

Hello Alfiec, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the game.

The error code you've posted does suggest a networking issue. Have you tried all the steps listed here https://www.ubisoft.com/en-us/help/rainbow-six-... for your device?

A couple of other things to try is to set your device with the Google DNS. You can read how to do that here https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/

Also, check for updates if you're using a PC or Xbox. Updates can also cause problems with game play.

Alright, thank you for reading it. In that case then the only thing I can suggest, as Ubisoft has not gotten in touch with you yet, is to post this issue to the Ubisoft forums. Perhaps someone there has had a similar issue recently and would have more suggestions for a fix.

Yes, I've even done ones that are on other websites but still no change
