error code 5403 on amazon

Amazon not working

Amazon wont load up Error code for AU0101 contacted amazon says its on microsofts end

 

I'm getting this problem too. I have checked on the Amazon and it's not even in their code list. I'm going to try turning the internet off then on. Hope it works.

 

Can't find anything on Amazon site with this code associated with it.

 

I've been getting this error here in the States today too. I tried contacting amazon's help desk and they said it's a known issue and they're trying to get it fixed.

 

i have it too, but now my question is this, why even have an error code show up on the screen to look up in the help sections, yet in those help sections it says to go to, the code isn't listed or anything??? That is even more frustrating than the error
itself almost!!

 

Just on with Amazon. This is happening to all xbox users. They are working with xbox to find out how to fix this.

 

My understanding is that it isn't amazons software, I think the issue is with xbox. But if u go to the amazon customer service chat you can explain the issue. There only resolution now is a reset, which I was not interested in at least currently. I did get
a $10 credit for my added stress lol
