Error Code 42fe-0000-3080-0509-8007-0070

I can not get the update for the xbox 360. I've tried all issues in support pages and copied update to flash drive which also resulted in an error similar to above but a little different.

That error code is. 42fe-0000-3000-0909-8007-0070

This has been going on far to long.

Please advise or give me a number where I can talk to real person.
