fridgidare, cellphones, everyone has 24 hr. online support and calling.....microsoft has none.....is this a way to run a company.......xbox one will never exist in my house...and i was thinking of getting one....but not after this, i have tried everything
this forum has suggested and can not upload the console update...you owe me the rest of the money from my xbox live account and i expect to get it back...this is the most irrisponsible way to run a company and treat a customer that exists...thanks for nothing....And
this is coming from a person who loves all the games you put out......i hope this is read by someone who gives a *** about this problem......by the way my error code ended in 0008 and this was the closest i could find.

I am truly sorry to hear about the update issue and any inconveininces this may have caused. If you haven't already, I recommend giving the steps that I have provided on page
2 of this thread a try. If the issue continues, you may need to have your console repaired. You can request a repair through our Online Service center. If you run into any
issues requesting a repair, you can reach out to phone support from our Contact Us page for further assistance.

hasn't worked. Can't download profile as will not connect to XBOX live until the update is done.

Cleared cache, no change.

Tried USB update, doesn't do anything. Using FAT32 USB.

In regards to AdditiveNose318 above, I would suggest that if you require parts of your Xbox to be repaired to take it to authorized Xbox retailers only.

I ran a query on that error code and it appears that multiple users had posted threads in the time-frames of 23 Jan 2015 3:47 AM to 23 Jan 2015 10:59 PM. This shows me that the Xbox Live services were down. When another query was ran through the system,
there was services which were off yesterday. The Microsoft Store was down and other services were unavailable during the time you received this error code.

Please be patient and wait for the services to become available again.

I'm going to give up on xbox....i have been loyal for years and now you completely obliterate my online capability.....from now on its playstation.......you lose bill gates...thanks for the help, no one to call, no answers to these problems....im done with
