    Don't know what it means or how to fix it, only happens when I try to update Xbox live, I've had this problem since around november, a support ambassador said it was because the lizard squad attacks but now that they've stopped its still happening. I really
    do not want to pay money for a service I am not able to use, so someone please help me resolve this before I switch over to psn.
