Error Code 121010 Solitaire (Xbox game) Failing to Sync with cloud

I see a number of threads without any response. I've had a red cross at the top of my solitaire game for a while now on my ios device and now realise it was a flag that the game wasn't syncing (tried to use on my ipad). When I logged out and came back
in I got the error message 121010. Searching the support boards I don't see anyone with a resolution. The only one I can think of is to uninstall and reinstall - but I believe that will result in the loss of all my data.

Is there any resolution to this at all?

I and getting the same error code 121010 when my computer tries to sign in syncs to Microsoft solitaire Xbox.

It is working elsewhere (another ipad and installed on microsoft/windows 10).

While I go the initial error message this morning it now seems to have "unknotted" itself. Fingers crossed the issue has now resolved. Asking for support sometimes does that!!

You are saying you are playing the game on Apple devices.

Do you have a Microsoft device like a laptop or computer, you can try to log on to, to see if Solitaire is working there?

It's also with Solitaire. I got error code 121010 and 121003 and I don't know what that mean.

They directed me to Xbox support. Come on people! How do I solve the issue with error code 121010 when opening Solitaire Collection.
