    When do you get the error. I just launched the game on a Windows 10 PC and it seems to be launching fine. Are you playing on mobile or PC?

    Press Windows key + R

    Type: inetcpl.cpl

    Go to Advanced Tab

    click on "Restore Default advanced Settings"

    Click on Reset

    Restart PC

    Error Code 102/ Solitaire Collection

    This morning the game works....Microsoft must have done something to fix it. I had done all the things everyone tried yesterday then gave up. Today it’s fine again. Thank you everyone for your suggestions.

    I had to open my XBox and enter the game from there. It still had trouble connecting but I could play. Then suddenly no problems. I haven't tried to enter the game today.
